From Seattle, WA - Clipper Navigation has a passenger-only ferry. Check the Victoria Clipper web site for sailing schedule. Passenger ferries travel time is approximately 2 to 3 hours.
From Port Angeles, WA - Blackball Transport operates the Coho; this ferry takes cars as well as people. Peak summer season, crosses 4 times a day 90-minute travel time. They do not take reservations and they do not accept credit cards. If you bring a car you will need to wait in line.

From Anacortes, WA - Washington State Ferry departs from Anacortes, Washington and travels to Sidney on Vancouver Island, which is about a 40-minute car ride from downtown Victoria.
From Vancouver BC - BC Ferries provides service between Tsawwassen and Swartz Bay. Check the BC Ferries web site for sailing times. Kenmore Air - has floatplane service harbour-to-harbour from Seattle to Victoria their phone number is 1 800 543 9595.

Traveling as a foot passenger - Take the #70 bus from the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal to its downtown Victoria terminus, which is across the street from the Astoria. Approximately 1 hour journey.

At present there is no connecting bus service to downtown Victoria. Journey by car to downtown Victoria is approximately 40 minutes.
