Payment Information


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and Union Card or, if you have a Canadian bank account, payment can be made using Interac Email money transfer.

10% tax applies to all bookings paid for on, or after, April 01, 2013

Payment terms are 50% deposit at time of booking. Full payment 60 days prior to occupancy.

Cancellation Policy


Our reservation and cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a large hotel since a cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests and to us as, in most instances, we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved the apartment for your dates.


Our cancellation policy states that, "Should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, we reserve the right to retain all funds received as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period.  If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee."
