Payment Information


We accept Visa and MasterCard or, if you have a Canadian bank account, payment can be made using Interac Email money transfer.


Rates quoted in Canadian funds


Payment terms are 50% deposit at time of booking. Full payment 60 days prior to occupancy.


Cancellation penalties apply, please refer to our Cancellation Policy (below)

Cancellation Policy


Our reservation and cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a large hotel since a cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests and to us as, in most instances, we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved the apartment for your dates.


Our cancellation policy states that, "Should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, we reserve the right to retain all funds received as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period.  If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee."  We recommend you consider trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation and we are happy to be able to provide you with an option here:  Click here for an instant quote and buy on-line.
