Please Note: Our Rates Are All Inclusive - No Hidden Extra Charges

Peak Season - July 1 - August 31

Weekly Rate $1,466 CAD Monthly Rate $3,750 CAD

Shoulder Season - June 1 - 30 & September 1- 30

Weekly Rate $1,354 CAD Monthly Rate $3,750 CAD

Value Seasons - October 1 - December 31 & April 1 - May 31

Weekly Rate $1,102 CAD Monthly Rate $2,650 CAD

Snowbird Season - January 1 - March 31

Monthly Rate $2,650 CAD

Note: During our Snowbird Season, January 1 - March 31, we only accept bookings of 1 month, or more, in duration.

Payment Information

We accept Visa and MasterCard or, if you have a Canadian bank account, payment can be made using Interac Email money transfer.
Rates quoted in Canadian funds
Payment terms are 50% deposit at time of booking. Full payment 60 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellation penalties apply, please refer to our Cancellation Policy (below)
Credit card authorization required for $500CAD Security deposit at time of occupancy

Cancellation Policy

Our reservation and cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a large hotel since a cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests and to us as, in most instances, we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved the apartment for your dates.

Our cancellation policy states that, "Should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, we reserve the right to retain all funds received as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee."
