Please Note: During our Snowbird Season, January 1-March 31 we do not accept bookings for less than one month in duration.

Payment Information

• We accept Visa and MasterCard or, if you have a Canadian bank account, payment can be made using Interac Email money transfer.
• Rates quoted in Canadian funds
• Payment terms are 50% deposit at time of booking. Full payment 60 days prior to occupancy.
• Cancellation penalties apply, please refer to our Cancellation Policy (below)
• Credit card authorization required for $500CAD Security deposit at time of occupancy

Cancellation Policy

Our reservation and cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a large hotel since a cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests and to us as, in most instances, we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved the apartment for your dates.

Our cancellation policy states that, should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, we reserve the right to retain all funds received as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period.  If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee. • Sorry, no pets due to allergy concerns of other guests
• Your suite is cleaned and ready for occupancy upon your arrival
• Additional housekeeping service is available by request for a nominal additional charge
• Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m.
• Our policy regarding monthly rentals requires check-in on the 1st day of the month and check-out on the last day of the month to allow for cleaning and maintenance items
