Please Note: Our Rates Are All Inclusive - No Hidden Extra Charges

Peak Season - July 1-August 31

Weekly $940 CAD
Monthly $2,899 CAD

Shoulder Season - June 1-30 & September 1-30

Value Season - October 1 - May 31

Note: During our Snowbird Season, January 1 - March 31, we only accept bookings of one month in duration.

Payment Information

We accept Visa and MasterCard or, if you have a Canadian bank account, payment can be made using Interac Email money transfer.
Rates quoted in Canadian funds
Payment terms are 50% deposit at time of booking. Full payment 60 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellation penalties apply, please refer to our Cancellation Policy (below)
Credit card authorization required for $500CAD Security deposit at time of occupancy

Cancellation Policy

Our reservation and cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a large hotel since a cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests and to us as, in most instances, we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved the apartment for your dates.

Our cancellation policy states that, should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, we reserve the right to retain all funds received as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee. Underground parking spot available for an additional charge of $50 week, $100 month
Our policy regarding monthly rentals requires check-in on the 1st day of the month and check-out on the last day of the month to allow for cleaning and maintenance items
