We look forward to the winter months in Victoria as this is the time we welcome our many "snowbird" guests from east of the Rocky Mountains. These are folks who like to escape from the icy blizzards to a warmer, albeit wetter, climate, where all they need to use is an umbrella, not a snow shovel.
