Payment Information

• We accept Visa, Master Card
• Rates quoted in Canadian funds
• Payment terms are 50% deposit at time of booking. Full payment 60 days prior to occupancy.
• Cancellation penalties apply, please refer to our Cancellation Policy (below)
• Credit card authorization required for $500CAD Security deposit at time of occupancy
• 5% Federal Goods & Services tax added to all rates less than one month in duration
• $100 cleaning fee

Cancellation Policy

Should you fail to use your confirmed reservation we reserve the right to retain all funds received, other than security deposit, as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period.   If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee. Travel insurance is recommended to cover accommodation costs if unforeseen circumstances arise.

• Your suite is cleaned and ready for occupancy upon your arrival
• Additional housekeeping service is available by request for a nominal additional charge.
