The Penthouse was a delightful guesthouse and the location was perfect! A friend and I were able to walk on either Government or Wharf Streets to the Inner Harbor and enjoy the shops and browse to our hearts content. We only needed the car to drive to the incredible gardens in the outer parts of Victoria or in the neighborhoods. Restaurants were everywhere but reservations were needed in most. So, do plan ahead if possible. Tanya was very sweet and a delight to visit with upon check in and out. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding Victoria and the Penthouse has maps and brochures of places to visit. I will definitely return! Enjoy! M

The property was close walking distance to many locations we wanted to see as well as convenient to locations for transportation to Butchart Gardens, whale watching, float plane tours. Condo was very comfortable and well outfitted.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Victoria. Melissa is a very accommodating host, and she makes sure that we get all that we need. The place is located at the heart of Victoria, so everything is very accessible.

This property was amazing. So close to shopping and restaurants. Roof top was great, they have everything you could possibly need and more. We will be back! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Mellisa’s for a month when we were between homes this summer. It was a great temporary home, close to our work and favourite restaurants. The unit is in a busy building but we didn’t hear our neighbours at all. Street noise is to be expected at a downtown location and we were there during the summer with lots of people out and about. We really enjoyed the proximity to Beacon Hill park and took many evening walks in the surrounding neighbourhoods. The view from the unit is gorgeous with large east-facing windows and lots of sunlight in the earlier part of the day. Lots of the windows open to allow for a nice cross breeze as well. It’s a great spot!
