When you rent from us you’ll actually save money because your All-Inclusive rate includes many added value items that many other vacation rentals do not offer. Please contact us for details about all the added-value items that you'll receive as part of your all-inclusive rate when you stay with us.

Payment Information
Please note: Regulations require that we must charge tax on all bookings of one month, or less. To qualify for tax exemption, you must book for more than one month (You may book for one month and one extra night to qualify for the tax exemption) Please contact us for details.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, if you have a Canadian bank account, payment can be made using E-transfer.
- Rates quoted in Canadian funds
- Payment terms are 50% deposit at time of booking. Full payment 60 days prior to occupancy.
- Cancellation penalties apply; please refer to our Cancellation Policy (below)
- Credit card authorization required for $500CAD Security deposit at time of occupancy
Cancellation Policy
Our reservation and cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a large hotel since a cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests and to us as, in most instances, we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved the apartment for your dates.
Our cancellation policy states that, "Should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, we reserve the right to retain all funds received as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee and 2% processing fee."

Other Information
- Maximum occupancy 4
- Suite, patio, all common areas and building are strictly non-smoking
- Sorry, no pets of any kind due to allergy concerns of other guests
- Your suite is cleaned and ready for occupancy upon your arrival.
- Additional housekeeping service is available by request for a nominal additional charge.
- Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m.
