We accept Visa, MasterCard,
If you have a Canadian bank account, payment can be made by E-transfer.
Minimum 30 night stay
Rates quoted in Canadian funds
Payment terms are 50% deposit at time of booking. Full payment due 60 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellation penalties apply, please refer to our Cancellation Policy (below)
Credit card authorization required for $500CAD Security deposit at time of occupancy

Cancellation Policy

Our reservation and cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a large hotel since a cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests and to us as, in most instances, we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved the apartment for your dates. 

Our cancellation policy states that, should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, we reserve the right to retain all funds received as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period.  If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee and 2% processing fee.

The suite, patio, common areas and buiding are non-smoking
The suite is cleaned and ready for occupancy upon your arrival
Additional housekeeping service is available by request 
Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. unless other arrangements are made.

You can make reservations by e-mail or by phone. We will contact you as quickly as possible after receiving your enquiry. Please include dates of check-in/check-out, number of people in party, which suite/area of the city you prefer, any special requirements.
