Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard, if you have a Canadian bank account, payment can be made using Interac Email money transfer.
Rates quoted in Canadian funds
Payment terms are 50% deposit to reserve, with balance payable 60 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellation penalties apply, please refer to our Cancellation Policy (below)
Credit card authorization required for $500CAD Security deposit at time of occupancy

Cancellation Policy

Our reservation and cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a large hotel since a cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests and to us as, in most instances, we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved the apartment for your dates.

Our cancellation policy states that, should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, we reserve the right to retain all funds received as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee and 2% processing fee. We recommend you consider trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation and we are happy to be able to provide you with an option here:
